What is a pre-purchase property inspection?
An independent, visual, non-destructive technical inspection of the property by a certified inspector before you sign. We document the condition of structure, roof, plumbing, electrics, moisture and insulation, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Inspection vs. expert report vs. valuation — what's the difference?
An inspection assesses the real condition and defects. An expert report documents technical issues, often for legal use. A valuation sets market value. We focus on technical inspection and legality due diligence, co-signed by a TEE engineer.
Which areas of Greece do you cover?
Based in Thessaloniki; we fully cover Halkidiki and Central Macedonia. For serious projects — investment properties, villas, hotels, industrial spaces — we travel across Greece, including Athens and the islands.
How much does an inspection cost and how long does it take?

Do you check planning legality and unauthorised construction?
Yes. We perform legality due diligence — comparing the building to approved plans and flagging possible unauthorised structures and pending regularisations — co-signed by a TEE-member engineer.
